Frequently Asked Questions

How does the search engine work?

You are able to search for supplements that include many different ingredients that you can add. You can also exclude supplements that contain certain ingredients.

The search engine allows you to find exactly what you want, while excluding what you don't want.

How do I add an ingredient to search?

Type in the name of the ingredient you want to add, and it will appear in a drop down list below the search box. It will not appear if it doesn't exist.

A green [ + ] plus symbol will appear with the ingredient name once selected. The search results will automatically update to show you the least amount of supplements to achieve your goal. You can only add a maximum of five search conditions.

How do I exclude an ingredient from the search?

Click or tap on an added ingredient. The green [ + ] plus symbol will turn to a dark red [ - ] negative symbol, and show the word "Excluded". The search results will automatically update to exclude supplements that contain excluded ingredients.

How do I delete an added ingredient?

You can reset and clear the entire search by clicking or tapping on the three disk image to the bottom right of the search box. This button only appears when there is at least one added ingredient.

To delete a specific added ingredient, click or tap on an added ingredient. The symbol will turn to a red [ × ] delete symbol, and show the word "Delete". You may have to click or tap on an ingredient name more than once.

The action cycle will be shown as:
[ + ] Add,
[ - ] Exclude,
[ × ] Delete.

Click on the word "Delete" to delete the ingredient. The search results will automatically update.

How do I choose which merchants to search?

Click or tap on the menu icon in the top right corner of the website. There you can click or tap on a merchant name to include or exclude the merchant from the search. The merchant name will be in light green if included, and in red if excluded.

There must be at least one merchant selected.

Why can I only add five search conditions?

Currently there is a total limit of five search conditions permitted. This limit may be increased in the future if there is significant demand.
